Impact of Capitalism in Educational Institutes

Studying and working together might look as easy and normal task to do but when a person really involves in this black hole he/she gets the real conditions and challenges which may hinder his/her study too. I think that those who have really entered in this phenomenon know and react positively. But hose capitalists and feudal who are investors in big organizations and sectors take as positive task, thinking to use his/her workforce paying low wages. (Commoditization).
A big problem has been created for middle class students in urban cities where the towering living expenses and fee structure are difficult to meet until a person works in an organization. But when the organizations are run by capitalists, a difficult situation arises. He, the head tries to rest his autocracy and extreme power on the shoulder s of all workers or teachers. Thus, Marx’s class struggle theory perpetuates within the workers and administrators creating a sense of disrespect and apex superiority of oneself ultimately leading or making to think the workers to quit the job instead of suffocating oneself inside the narrow chimney-less organization where a worker and his work is not respected and admired even an individual where the words of satisfaction can never be heard and the feedbacks are taken not to take but to show their own personal achievements full of exaggeration where hides their vested interests.
After the occurrence of the incidents, like these it is natural to that part of people who take and think themselves as hardworking. Industrious, ambitious, positive and want dignity of self to quit the job forgetting the sorrows of even getting unemployed but rather not kneeling knees and thoughts before feudal, capitalists who outside proudly call themselves as democrats who does not have firm capacity to decide himself but acts as a puppet working and being guided by his diehard materialist better half and genetic servants. But there is a part of people in the same organization who bow their heads before principal-turned landlords hoping to get their wages increased and may be due to their inefficiency escapists nature in work and also their inability to fight against the infringement of their individual rights Like Salman Rushdie In his 1990 Commencement Speech, I am too sick of the system that takes the school management as a control over human liberty. It is more painful when the authority does not admire his employee’s work by any means instead rests many natural complaints and errors always thus creating a sense of failure and incapacity in the employee’s mindset. The pain and grief crosses its level when an innocent young employee who writes few rejecting the false system is hypnotized, blamed and even straight forwardly asked to stop writing against his organization systems.
Those self called deities might have been day dreaming that the blamed employees will lock up their mouth and pen down their writings instead they should be mentally prepared for their own destruction and also by themselves. They have been victimized properly by false ideologies like: American dream, commoditization and consumerism. They should eject little knowledge in their mindset that extreme wealth always does not bring happiness and use the sophisticated products does not convert their vile thinking pattern and standard as charming in society. For success they ought to respect everyone’s’ duty, suggest rather than order, justify rather than blame, advice rather than ask in this educated, globalised, multi cultural and holistic practisioners’valley.
